Anti-counterfeit system AGON®

With Agon® system each product that you want "protect", it is accompanied by an Alphanumeric code that is contained on the hangtag. The customer buys the product, open the Agon® card, he reads the code and he sends with a mobile phone an SMS with the authenticity code on +39 3482929348.

After a few seconds, the AGON® anti-counterfeit system transmits to the customer, with an SMS , the result of the comparison.

The answer may be of three types:

The transmitted code is correct, the product is authentic; besides the result of the verification of authenticity code, it can be communicated to the customer additional information (e.g. number of the product, colour, composition, etc.).
The code posted does not exist. AGON® will respond with an SMS asking to send the correct code.
The code has been annulled before e.g. the system has previously received an SMS with the same code. AGON® will answer that the code has already been cancelled and then product may not be original.

Ogni prodotto da proteggere è accompagnato da un cartellino Agon che contiene un codice alfanumerico. Il cartellino agon viene infilato insieme al cartellino del marchio.

Il cliente, acquistato il prodotto, scopre sul retro il codice Agon.

Il cliente invia il codice con un SMS al numero 348.2929348

Dopo qualche secondo, attraverso un SMS di risposta si riceve l'esito

The barcodes of stolen items will be reported to the AGON® system.

After receiving an SMS with a code of a stolen article, the customer will be alerted by the system with another SMS “Stolen goods“ and it will report this event to the manufacturing company and the competent Institutions.
